Practical Refuge

The burden is usable care. Refuge must become help members can reach without begging to be believed.

Care that cannot lift a real weight is decoration. Make the help plain enough to be used.

The Oblation treats refuge as maintenance, warning, memory, moderation, and ordinary help before spectacle.

Convenience is not care until it receives what makes care costly.
