Sylomor turned down three outside media requests because all three wanted dramatic access to the queue without accepting sequence obligations. Then she turned down one panicked house line that wanted to stream the sealed archive room because, it said, the outside had to feel what was happening.
"They need to know what is happening," Sylomor said. "Feeling with no sequence belongs to Mirrors."
The first Clarion update that worked was almost insultingly plain.
"Outer door damaged. Threshold sequence active. Mnemos under seal. Public relay continues. Cut hour remains 4:20 UTC. Need dry cloth, adapters, two runners."
No uplift. No plea. No decorative grief.
